How to let user select video thumbnail in android -

my app allows users upload videos server. presently use thumbnailutils.createvideothumbnail create thumbnail upload video. how might go allowing user select thumbnail?

i understand use recyclerview or listview adapter. much. how go loading them thumbnails user choose from?
